If you do not wish to purchasae the full combined version you can purchase a single element system but what do you do if you wanted a system which contained both German and French stock. This is where the Data Only Files are of use.
To obtain a French/German system you could order a French single country system and a German Data only sysatem at a cost of £20 and the system you receive would only have the stock from France and Germany included.
