Data Tables in ERD.
Data is stored in ERD in a series of tables, much like spreadsheets but with far greater capabilities. Records are stored as the rows of these tables.
Within the tables there are what is known as fields. For example there is a table which holds vehicle details (called simply LOCOS) and two of the fields which make up the table are called Country and Class, There are many others which can be seen in the detailled table view which is available by clicking the appropriate menu link.
The user is able to interact with the data in the tables by changing it or adding to it. For another example there is a field in the vehicle details table
